Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), also known as MRT, is a behavioral therapy designed to address criminal behavior, substance abuse, anger management, trauma, and related issues. Participants in MRT focus on the morality and consequences of their actions. The therapy aims to enhance decision-making, thought processes, and overall well-being by improving moral reasoning and fostering a positive identity.
MRT involves homework assignments and structured group exercises that promote healthier habits and reduce self-destructive behavior. Additionally, the MRT Program helps participants confront attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs.
Furthermore, we offer virtual MRT classes, allowing you to complete your sessions conveniently from anywhere using your phone, tablet, or laptop. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance! 75.00 per session
